1.2 Client – user who has used the service.
1.3 High-risk criteria that may be detected during the AML check procedure: Mixer, Sanctions, Ransom, Gambling, Scam, Malware, Dark Market, Dark Service, Stolen Coins, Terrorism Financing, Fraudulent Exchange, Illegal Service, Child Exploitation, Fraud Shop, Enforcement Action, High-Risk Jurisdiction, Special Measures, Online Pharmacy.
1.4 Provider adheres to anti-money laundering (AML) and customer verification (KYC) principles to minimize the risks of fraud and illegal transactions.
1.5 The Service Provider will never enter into any agreement with an individual or legal entity suspected of or directly involved in money laundering, or if the funds are known to have been obtained through illegal activity.
1.6 The Service does not provide additional services for analyzing future transactions and does not answer Clients' questions related to the potential risk of conducting an exchange or conversion transaction.
1.6.1 The Client is responsible for the integrity of their funds.
1.6.2 If in doubt about the integrity of their funds, the Client must independently verify the level of risk on open specialized platforms or on platforms provided by the Service Provider upon request.
2. AML/KYC Procedures
2.1 The Service Provider uses professional systems, as well as the CoinKYT and GetBlock services, to automatically conduct AML checks on all transactions in accordance with international standards for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT). These platforms are licensed providers, and their AML filters comply with international standards.
2.2 If a minimum 0.1% link to high-risk assets (see section 1.3 for a list of criteria) or a total risk of at least 30% is detected, the transaction is suspended, and the Client is required to undergo KYC verification for a refund.
2.3 KYC verification is performed automatically by the Contractor using Didit, a specialized third-party service. The processing of the User's personal data for KYC purposes is carried out under the terms and conditions of the Verification Service Provider's privacy policy.
2.3.1 To complete KYC, the Client must provide current and accurate identification documents (usually a passport or driver's license), and, upon request, provide a selfie (selfie video) to confirm their presence and compliance with the provided document.
2.4 The Service reserves the right, based on the verification results received from the Verification Service Provider, to: refund the Client's funds; or request additional documents or information.
3. Refund of Assets That Failed AML Checks
3.1 Refunds are possible only after successful completion of the KYC check (Section 2.2).
3.2 If the Client fails to pass the KYC check within 14 calendar days of blocking, the funds become the sole property of the Contractor and cannot be returned.
3.3 If the KYC check is successfully completed, the Contractor is obligated to refund the Client's funds to the sender's address (completed within 24 hours) or to any other address (completed within 10 days) at the Client's request.
3.4 Refunds are made in full, minus actual costs incurred, including the transaction fee and associated expenses. The deduction does not exceed 5% of the request amount and is limited to an amount equivalent to $100.
3.5 Refunds are not possible if a request for these assets has been received from competent authorities or other agencies of any jurisdiction, as the blocked asset may be used as evidence in the case.
4. Force Majeure
4.1 The Contractor is not liable for the use of the service for illegal purposes (money laundering, terrorist financing, etc.).
4.2 The Contractor is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties using the Contractor's services.
5. Relationship to the Main Rules
This policy supplements the RavenChange rules and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein. In the event of conflict, the provisions of the main document prevail.
