How the Exchange Process Works:

1. Contact Us: Send us a message via your preferred messenger or through the chat on our website. Our manager will provide the current exchange rate, calculate the delivery cost, explain the process, and answer any questions you may have.
2. Place and Pay for Your Order: Once all terms have been agreed upon, submit your order through our website and complete the payment using your preferred payment method.
3. Receive Your Cash: After your payment is confirmed, send us a photo of any banknote you have. This banknote will serve as your TOKEN — a unique identifier for collecting your cash. When meeting you, the courier will verify the banknote number against the photo you provided and will hand over the cash only after successful verification. This method securely confirms the recipient's identity without requiring any personal documents.

Important: Each delivery location has a minimum exchange amount. If the amount you need is below the minimum, please contact us, and we will be happy to offer individual terms.
